I had nearly given up on the sale of my property.. I had 4 agents try and sell my property and it looked like the only way for me to sell it was to take a massive loss and sell it for less then what I paid for it, that’s until Michelle Cook took on my property she was very professional and very understanding of my sale request.. long story short my house is under contract and I get to move on with my life .. thank you very much Michelle , you did what others couldn’t.. sell my house!
